  • 1/2 RED CABBAGE (SHAVED)

  • 1/4 WHITE CABBAGE (SHAVED)

  • 1 GRATED CARROT

  • 1 CUP STEAMED BROCCOLI

  • 1/2 CUP SPINACH/ROCKET

  • 1 TBSP WALNUTS

  • 1/4 CUP FRSH SHALLOTS CHOPPED

  • 1/4 CUP AVACADO SLICED

  • 1/2 CUP SLICED FENNEL

  • ROASTED CINNAMON CARROTS (ROASTED IN COCONUT BUTTER, CINNAMON IN THE OVEN)

  • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY

  • 1/2 PEAR SLICED (OPTIONAL)

  • 1 TBSP MIED RAW SEEDS

FOR THE DRESSING

  • 1 TSP TURMERIC (LIVER PROTECTANT - POTENT DETOXIFIER)

  • 1/2 LEMON JUICE, 1 TBSP DIJON MUSTARD

  • 2 TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, TSP TAHINI, TSP RAW HONEY, PINCH OF HIMALAYAN SALT!

MIX ALL TOGETHER AND SERVE

ADD 100 GRAMS CHICKEN & 1/2 CUP BROWN RICE PER SERVE



MAPLE ROASTED PUMPKIN SALAD

  • 1/4 KENT PUMPKIN CUT INTO 2CM CHUNKS (SKIN ON)

  • 2 TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

  • 2 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP

  • SEA SALT

  • 1/2 CUP PECNS, ROUGHLY CHOPPED

  • 1 GREEN APPLE

  • 1/2 LEMON JUICED

  • 2 CUPS BABY SPINACH, SHREDDED

  • 1/2 BUNCH MINT LEAVES, SHREDDED

  • 50G GOAT'S CHEESE, CRUMBLED

METHOD


PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180 DEGREES C . LINE A BAKING TRAY WITH BAKING PAPER

PLACE THE CHOPPED PUMPKIN IN A MIXING BOWL AND DRIZZLE WITH THE OLIVE OIL AND MAPLE SYRUP. SEASON WITH SAND AND TOSS TO COAT.


SPREAD THE PUMPKIN ACROSS THE BAKING TRAY AND PLACE IN HE OVEN TO ROAST FOR 25MINS


REMOVE THE TRAY FROM THE OVEN AND ADD THE PEANS. TOSS TO COAT. RETURN THE TRAY TO THE OVEN TO ROAST FOR A FURTHER 15 MINS


SLICE THE APPLE INTO THIN MOONS AND PLACE IN A SMALL MIXING BOWL. POUR THE LEMON JUICE ON TOP AND TOSS TO COAT. SET ASIDE


TO PLATE UP, SPREAD THE SHREDDED SPINACH AND MINT ACROSS A SERVING PLATE. ARRANGE THE GREEN APLE SLICES, MAPLE ROASTED PUMPKIN AND PECANS ON TOP. GARNISH WITH CRUMBLED COAT'S CHEESE, IF USING.


ADD 100 GRAMS CHICKEN ALTERNATIVE WITH WHITE FISH THAT YOU CAN STOMACH.


BROCCOLI AND SESAME SALAD


  • 200G BROCCOLI, BROKEN INTO FLORETS, STEMS RESERVED

  • 1 BUNCH OF BROCCOLINI

  • 2 SPRING ONIONS THINLY SLICED

  • 2 HANDFULS OF ROCKET

  • 1 SMALL HANDFUL OF MINT LEAVES

  • 80 GRAMS ALMONDS TOASTED AND CHOPPED

  • 2 TBSP SESAME SEEDS TOASTED


DRESSING


65G HULLED TAHINI

3 TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

1 GARIC CLOVE, FINELY CHOPPED

SEA SALT AND FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER



METHOD


TO MAKE THE DRESSING COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL, ADD 3TBSP OF WATER AND MIX THRU AGAIN

ADD THE OTHER INGREDIENTS INTO A BOWL, POUR THE OLIVE OIL, SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER AND THEN POUR THE DRESSING OVER THE TOP AND MIX THRU


PROTEIN CHOICE:- 80 GRAMS CHICKEN - OPTIONAL



DETOX BREAKTHROUH CHOCOLATE COCONUT CHOCOLATE RECIPE


  • 1 CUP OF COCONUT OIL

  • 1 CUP OF COCOA

  • 1/4 CUP RICE MALT SYRUP

  • 2.5 CUPS OF GOJI BERRIES, PUMPKIN SEEDS AND ALMOND SLITHERS


METHOD


IN A SAUCEPAN MELT THE COCONUT OIL AND STIR THRU THE COCOA ADD IN RICE MALT SYRUP AND BLEND TILL COMPLETELY MIXED THRU


REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD FRUIT AND NUTS

POUR INTO A SHALLOW TRAY AND FREEZE FOR 1 HOUR

BREAK UP INTO 40 GRAM OR SO PIECES AND PLACE IN A CONTAINER TO BE REFRIGERATED
