Up to 5 friends for this intimate class Families can work out too Why not mum and dad working out and kids could be in the adjoining room watching a movie??? Small group training might be the perfect fit for your and the family. Probably cheaper than getting a baby sitter.. Contact me to arrange a time out of the group sessions or the website shows avail time availability.
